Australian Privacy Law Terms
Persons whose personal data is collected and processed in Australia should be aware of the following additional information.
A. Controller. Iliad Homes’s have a Chief Privacy Officer, who may be contacted at info@iliadhomes.com.
B. Categories of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing. The "Submit" form which you use to submit personal data to this site and this information is used to respond to your message in the form. Contact information that you submit through the Investor Relations portal, or The Newsroom, is used to respond to your inquiries. Resumes, CVs, and information you actively provide to apply to job postings in the Careers section. Your company contact information you actively provide to register your company in the Suppliers Registration section. Personal data provided to apply for a contribution from Iliad Homes as detailed on the page “What You Need to Apply for a Grant” is used only for the grant application and contribution process.
C. Details of Transfers to Third Parties or Third Countries and Safeguards. Your personal data may be transferred to and accessed by Iliad Homes company offices worldwide, including to some countries which may be deemed by Australia not to have an adequate level of protection of personal data. Your personal data may also be transferred to and processed on the third party-hosted websites of Iliad Homes partners, who provide support such as helping Iliad Homes to manage the Iliad Homes grant application and contribution process. Transfers of personal data collected and processed in Australia and processed within Iliad Homes, or outside Iliad Homes by such third parties, shall be made consistent with Iliad Homes’ Binding Corporate Rules, which are posted at Iliad Homes Data Protection Binding Corporate Rules Policy. D. Other Uses of Personal Data, including Disclosure to Third Parties.
In addition to the above, you acknowledge and consent to the fact that Iliad Homes may maintain personal data and any other information you provide if required to do so by law or if Iliad Homes has a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process; to investigate, prevent or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies; to respond to claims of third parties; to protect Iliad Homes’s or third party’s rights, property, safety; or to otherwise enforce this Agreement or the integrity of the site and data.
